Paste the thread From the ops group

Long-press → Paste the whole WhatsApp thread. One message per line — order doesn't matter.

Add these by hand

Nothing was dropped — these lines just didn't match a field. Type them where they belong, then delete nothing.

Report Builder

Four steps, start to submitted.

1
Paste the WhatsApp thread
Copy every message and paste it in, then tap Parse & fill the form. It pulls out the header, case refs, vehicles, persons and timeline. Anything it can't place is listed underneath, so nothing goes missing quietly.
2
Check what the machine guessed
Every field the parser filled gets an amber dot, and a counter tells you how many are still unchecked. Tap Go to the next unchecked field to walk them one by one — the dot turns into a green tick as you go. For persons off an ID card, tap Add person and type it in; hand-added entries survive a re-parse. Aa converts ALL CAPS to Title Case.
3
Fill in the timeline
One row per event: time (e.g. 2210) then what happened. Rows are sorted chronologically when you generate, including across midnight.
4
Generate, then copy
Tap Generate report, edit the text if you spot a typo, then Copy report and paste it into your submission. When the case is done, tap New case so nothing carries over.
TU/ and J/ shortcuts
If the thread says just “TU/12” or “J/21”, paste it as-is — it expands to the full TU/yyyymmdd/0012 format using the Singapore date.
Your work stays on this phone
Nothing is ever sent anywhere, and once it's on your home screen it works with no signal at all. Your draft saves as you type, so a locked screen or a closed tab won't lose it. It clears when you tap New case, and expires on its own after 12 hours — tap New case when you're finished so a case doesn't sit on the phone.
